Push buttons HarmAtex – Ex e
The Ex e Push button XBW4B / XBW5A are part of control and signalling units HarmAtex, they are dedicated to industries where an explosive atmosphere is present. They are suitable for demanding applications such as saline environments. They are used in an enclosure Ex e, Ex p or Ex t.

SB 150-1 in GRP
SB 150-1 in UV resistant GRP. This combined product is certified for use in Atex explosive atmosphere, zone 1 & 2 for gas and zone 21 & 22 for dust. It is dedicated for Oil & Gas, chemical, petrochemical, pharmacy industries, marine and Offshore applications. It’s designed for corrosive environnements and hazardous area. This sounder, according to user control system, can be set with one tone among 59 prerecorded tones. The beacon can be delivered with two different light sources;
LED with steady, rotary, fixed or blinking led of different powers. Flashing with XENON tube of different powers. Four flashing frequencies are selectable. It is possible to control the beacon and the sounder or separately via a telephone line. Housing in Glass-Reinforced Polyester (GRP), dyed in the mass .
SD125-1 stainless steel
SD125-1 Sounder- Horn in stainless steel this sounder is certified for use in Atex explosive atmosphere, zone 1 & 2 for gas and zone 21 & 22 for dust. It is dedicated for Oil & Gas, chemical, petrochemical, pharmacy industries, marine and Offshore applications. It’s designed for corrosive environnements and hazardous area. This sounder, according to user control system, can be set with one tone among 59 prerecorded tones. Built in: possibility to select externally (by free voltage switches) 3 tones among the 59 proposed. Pausing of the signal can be done by an external switch . It is possible to control the sounder via a telephone line. Housing and bracket is made of stainless steel 316L covered with UV resistant paint.
SL 150 in GRP
SL 150 combined status lights in GRP. This set of signalisation is certified for Atex areas 1-2 for gas and 21 to 22 for dust. It is dedicated Oil & Gas, chemical, petrochemical, pharmacy industries, marine and Offshore applications. It is design for corrosive environments and hazardous areas. The set is provided with 5 beacons maximum.
The beacons are proposed in two lighting technology. Led with steady , rotary, fixed or blinking led of different powers.Flashing with XENON tube of different powers. Four flashing frequencies are selectable. The beacons can be triggered either jointly or independently. Possibility to pilot all, or separately the beacons via a telephone line.
Body in GRP UV resistant, mounting plate in stainless steel 316L, the lens is made with borosilicate glass.
TRCG plugs
TRCG series Polyamid or Nickel-plated brass plugs with metric threads for use with increased safety Ex e enclosure.
for use in Ex e enclosure, with high IP rating.
BC 100 beacons – status lights
This BC100 beacon is for indoor and outdoor NON ATEX areas, and specifically design for harsh environments, extended IP, it fully comply to the requirements of IEC 60947 standards. This set is proposed for status lights. This beacon is proposed with two lighting technology. Led with steady , rotary, fixed or blinking the led have different powers rating. Flashing with XENON tube of different powers.
Four flashing frequencies are selectable.
Optional it is possible to pilot the beacon via a telephone line.
Body moulded with a flame retardant polycarbonate, lens is in ABS.
CP 150 in GRP
CP 150 Manual Call point is a product certified for Atex explosive atmosphere, zone 1 & 2 for gas and zone 21 & 22 for dust. It is dedicated Oil & Gas, chemical, petrochemical, pharmacy industries, marine and Offshore applications. It was developed for corrosive environments and hazardous areas . The manual call point is compatible with PLC, ESD, DCS systems via output 4-20 mA. The test function is built in, visualisation functions, line detection, and glass protection, hammer, are optional. Body in GRP UV resistant.
Ex d DE8BA in steel , XAWD & XAEW in aluminium
These robust flameproof Group IIB or IIC junction boxes DE8BA, XAWD and XAWE are designed for use in every industrial environments and can be used in the highest restrictive hazardous areas.
The maximum number of terminals depends of terminals section, operating temperature and required temperature class.
They can also be equipped with push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights, measurement instruments.
